More than three decades ago, when workplace safety was far from a priority, Mr. Salvador Gómez Álvarez chose a different path. Together with the vision of Mr. César Gómez and María de Jesús Vallejo, a project was born that from the very beginning understood something fundamental: “Caring for people strengthens companies.” And so, in 1988, this story began—with the hope of offering something greater than just products: a true culture of industrial safety.
Over time, our identity evolved into what is now Innovation Gova Shel— a company focused on becoming a true partner to its business allies and protecting the life and integrity of every worker. But more than that, our story is written in the lives that remain unharmed, in the accidents that never happened, and in the trust so many companies have placed in us. And while the journey has been full of challenges, lessons, and moments that put us to the test, every step has been worth it—because we didn’t just build a company: We built trust, purpose, and a safer, more human future for everyone.
